Refund Policy

No-Show Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where your tutor fails to attend a scheduled session. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The tutor must not have attended the scheduled session
  • You must report the no-show during the scheduled session time using the "Report No Show" button in your dashboard
  • The report must be made within the session's scheduled timeframe

How to Report a No-Show

During your scheduled session, if your tutor hasn't shown up:

  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Find your active session
  3. Click the "Report No Show" button

Important Note

No other circumstances qualify for refunds. This includes cancellations, rescheduling, or dissatisfaction with the tutoring session.
